1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using a third-party service (e.g., Apple or Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
Match & Player Data
The App allows you to record tennis match data including point-by-point scores, player names, match dates, and match notes. This data is created by you and stored to provide match tracking and analytics features.
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including device type, operating system, app version, session duration, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the App experience.
Crash & Performance Data
We collect crash reports and performance metrics to diagnose bugs and improve app stability. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Generate match statistics, trends, and AI-powered coaching insights
- Enable you to share match data with coaches or other authorized users
- Improve, personalize, and expand the App's features
- Communicate with you, including for customer support and updates
- Detect and prevent fraud or technical issues

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, we process your personal data based on the following legal bases:

4. Children's Privacy
Tennis Seed is designed for use by parents and guardians to track junior tennis matches. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Parents and guardians create and manage all accounts and match data.
If you believe that a child under 14 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at rosseta.labs@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and match data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Firebase (authentication, database, storage and related infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscription and entitlement management), Hetzner (website hosting/infrastructure), and Google Analytics (website analytics, subject to user consent where required). These providers process data on our behalf or as independent providers depending on the service involved.
