Welcome to Tennis Seed. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tennis Seed mobile application (the "App") operated by Tennis Seed ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App is designed for parents and guardians to track junior tennis matches — accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults.

2. Player Profiles & Your Data

The App allows you to create local player profiles to organize and track match data. These profiles are stored on your device and do not require an online account, login credentials, or personal authentication. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. All match data and player profiles remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or back them up.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking and analyzing tennis matches. You may not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all match data, notes, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not endorse or verify any User Content and are not liable for any errors or omissions.

5. AI-Generated Insights

The App may provide AI-powered coaching insights, match analysis, and recommendations based on the data you record. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional coaching advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Use of these insights is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers an optional paid subscription called Tennis Seed Pro, available as a monthly or annual plan. Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the time of purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original subscription
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android)
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store
  • For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple EULA

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other materials (excluding User Content), is owned by Tennis Seed and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Match data, statistics, and AI insights may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for coaching or competitive decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Seed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tennis Seed and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

You may delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored player profiles, match data, and preferences from your device. If you have submitted personal information through the contact form or other means, you may request its deletion by emailing us at rosseta.labs@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain. For consumers, the courts of their habitual residence shall apply in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall affect the statutory rights of consumers under Spanish and EU consumer protection law. Consumers retain all rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
